Recovery contact
Use the email or phone saved in the profile and check filtered messages.
A player's access checklist
When I open s1, I use the email or phone number saved to my account together with the password I created during registration. The same profile works in a browser and on mobile, so changing from a laptop to a phone does not require another registration.
After signing in, I check the available balance in PKR, recent activity and any account offers before starting a game or sports session. If entry fails, I review the details first and use the recovery option rather than guessing the password repeatedly.
I open the sign-in area and enter the email or phone number connected to my s1 profile, followed by my password. Before confirming, I check the spelling and make sure the page is the one I intended to open.
A failed attempt can come from a small detail such as an extra space, a changed keyboard layout or an active Caps Lock key. I correct those points before making another request, especially when using a mobile keyboard.
My short check before submitting the form is:
I use the same s1 credentials in a desktop browser, mobile browser or the app. The profile connects my PKR balance, activity and available account features, so I do not treat each device as a separate account.
When I move from a computer to a phone, I refresh the account and review the latest activity before repeating anything. This matters if I recently played a slot, placed a cricket bet or made a balance transaction.
| Access route | Details used | What I review |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop browser | Registered email or phone | Current PKR balance |
| Mobile browser | Same account details | Active session |
| s1 app | Same profile credentials | Recent activity |
| New phone | Existing account details | Correct profile |
| Shared computer | Existing account details | Logout status |
I do not rely on an old screen after changing devices. I open the account again and confirm the current figures before using the casino or betting areas.
If I cannot remember my password, I select the recovery option on the s1 sign-in screen and provide the contact linked to my account. I check the main inbox first, then look in spam or other filtered folders if the message is not visible.
I follow the received instructions and create a password that is different from the one used for email, social media or financial services. I avoid sending recovery codes or account details to another person.
Once the change is complete, I return to the sign-in page and enter the new password. If the contact is not recognised or no message arrives, I stop repeating requests and look for the support route available through s1.
Use the email or phone saved in the profile and check filtered messages.
Choose a separate password and keep it in a trusted manager.
Sign in again and review the profile before making account transactions.
If I have not opened an account yet, I complete registration before trying to sign in. My first-use sequence looks like this:
After the first entry, I check that my profile and PKR balance area display correctly. I also note which email or phone number I used, since that contact will matter if I need to restore access later.
I do not open a second profile simply because I changed from a Jazz or Zong mobile connection to Wi-Fi. I first try the existing credentials or use the account recovery path.
When the login form does not accept my details, I begin with the basics: contact information, password, keyboard and connection. Checking these in order helps me avoid unnecessary repeated attempts.
If I cannot remember which contact I registered, I search my own inbox and phone records for account messages. I do not test random addresses or share passwords and verification codes with someone claiming to offer help.
On an unstable public connection, I wait or switch to a connection I trust before opening balance or profile information. If the problem remains after checking everything, I use the support option available through s1.
Because the account can show PKR funds, activity and personal details, I treat my sign-in information as private. I use a unique password and avoid saving it on a public computer or a handset shared with other people.
I open s1 through an address I recognise or through the app installed on my phone. Before entering credentials, I check the page address and HTTPS connection instead of trusting an unexpected message or copied link.
On a shared device, I sign out and close the browser when finished. On my own phone, I keep the screen lock active and install updates so another person cannot simply open an unattended session.
After signing in, I review the available PKR balance and recent movements before starting anything new. This helps me see whether an earlier deposit, withdrawal or game entry has already appeared.
When I return from another device, I perform the same check instead of assuming the previous screen is current. I also review any active offer before using it, since its conditions may differ from the ordinary balance.
Before leaving the account, I inspect recent activity and decide whether the session should remain open only on my personal device. For a public or borrowed computer, I sign out as part of my routine. For more mobile options, I can review the app page.

I use the email or phone number saved during registration together with the account password. If one detail is rejected, I check which contact I originally registered before trying again.
Yes. I use the existing account in a mobile browser or the s1 app. The profile, PKR balance and recent activity remain connected when I change devices.
I select the recovery option on the login screen, provide the registered contact and follow the instructions received. I also check spam or filtered folders if the message is missing.
No. I try the existing account on the new phone. If I cannot remember the password, I use recovery instead of opening another profile.
I avoid saving credentials or leaving the session open on a shared computer. When finished, I sign out and close the browser.
I review the address and HTTPS connection before entering my password. I avoid unexpected login links and reopen s1 through a route I already recognise.
I check the registered contact, password, keyboard settings and connection. If the details are correct but access still fails, I use the support channel available through s1.
